This protection policy applies to:

This policy does not apply to single-pick purchases.

How It Works
If the full Premium package for that day does not finish in profit, based on our official daily settlement, qualifying bundle buyers do not need to purchase again the next day. Our support team will directly send the next day's full Premium Picks.

Profit Calculation Standard
Profit is calculated based on the official betting records for all recommended matches included in the full daily Premium package.
Our official daily settlement is based on those recorded bets and their final outcomes.
If you disagree with the way profit was calculated, you may raise the issue in Support, Feedback & Reports and we will review it.

Important Clarification
This is not a refund policy.
Because our offering consists of delivered digital, information-based Premium Picks, all sales are final and non-refundable.
This protection offer is simply an added benefit for qualifying bundle buyers when the full daily Premium package does not finish in profit.

Who Qualifies
You qualify for this protection offer if:

• you purchased a full daily bundle using Bank Card / PayPal, or
• you purchased a full daily bundle using BTC / USDT

Who Does Not Qualify
You do not qualify for this policy if:

• you only purchased a single Premium Pick
• you did not purchase the full daily bundle

How the Next-Day Package Is Delivered
If you qualify, you do not need to purchase again the next day.
Our support team will deliver the next day's full Premium Picks through our official WhatsApp or Telegram support channel using our normal one-to-one delivery process.

Official Support Only
All delivery, protection-related communication, and review requests are handled only through our official support channels.
Do not rely on private messages, unofficial accounts, or third-party contacts claiming to represent us.

Official Settlement Standard
All protection decisions are based on our official daily settlement for the full Premium package.
Our official settlement is the only settlement standard used for this policy, unless a review is requested through the proper support channel.

Rollover Limit
This protection applies once only and does not continue repeatedly.
If a user receives the next day's Premium Picks under this policy, no further rollover will be created even if the following day also does not finish in profit.

Separate Rule: Guaranteed Minimum
This page covers profit-based protection only.
The guaranteed minimum / low-volume rule is a separate bundle rule and is handled independently from this policy.
